In the past few hours, I've had two Brazilian photographers write back saying that they don't understand why I'm asking for permission to use their photos. How bizarre is that? Babelfish doesn't help. The Portuguese word for copyright is...copyright.
Not counting the Brazilians, I've only had 1 person *coughs: Agency!* say no, but I like my Abe, so there.
